CPAs Making It Count
25th Anniversary Celebration
Continues with a
“Weight Loss Challenge”
During 2011, with your help, we were
able to give our area food cupboard organizations over 300
non-perishable items and 24 turkeys. We thank you for your
participation. But we felt it was now time to give back to YOU, our
clients. By participating and accomplishing your goals, you can
potentially get discounts on your personal income tax charges from
us AND gain years on your life by becoming healthier.
Here’s the challenge and the
rules:
1. Participate by signing up with
Lisa from January 2nd to January 15th by giving her your current
weight and a “starting” picture through email. No one but Lisa will
know who you are or see your pictures (unless you want her to share
them in the end because you’ve accomplished so much!). Each
participant will be identified by a letter (ie, A, B, C) in case you
wish to share tips and accomplishments with other participants. This
will be done anonymously by Lisa through email.
2. You must be a personal income tax
return client for the 2011 tax year to participate. If you know
anyone who would want to join the competition who is not a client,
refer them so they can join us.
3. Give Lisa your updated weight
weekly or at minimum, bi-weekly on Tuesdays.
4. Share tips or accomplishments with
Lisa, giving her permission (or not) to share them with the
participants.
5. Give Lisa your final weight on
April 15th along with a picture taken with the same clothes you wore
for the starting picture. This is all on an honor system (because we
know our clients would not cheat!) and the picture will show us that
you did indeed lose the weight.
Incentives and Awards:
Winner – The winner, based on
percentage of weight lost, will receive their personal income tax
return for tax year 2012 for free (up to $350).
Discounts – A 10% discount will be
given to any participant for their tax year 2012 return if they beat
Lisa’s percentage of weight lost.
We hope this inspires everyone to
become healthier while possibly saving money on your tax
preparation, basically “CPAs Making It Count” in more ways than one.
So
email Lisa today and get started!
